FAQ (7)

Q: Are beginners welcome?

A: Yes.

Our programme caters for all fitness levels. Our sessions start off at a beginner’s level and as the cycle progresses, the exercises gradually increase in intensity.

Q: How can I secure my spot?

A: By making your down payment.

There is a limited number of clients that we accommodate per session, on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Once the maximum number of clients has been reached, the session will be closed off.

This is to ensure that an appropriate trainer-client ratio is maintained, so that each client receives adequate attention from our trainers.

Q: I had a surgical procedure done last year. Would I be able to join your programme?

A: If you have fully recovered and have received medical clearance to participate in our programme, you are welcome to register.

Before attempting to register for our programme, you must have fully recovered from any injuries, surgical procedures or operations (including Caesarean section).

It is therefore important that you receive medical clearance, which must be submitted prior to or upon submission of payment.

Q: I have a herniated disc. Would this be a problem?

A: Once you have been medically cleared, you are welcome to join our programme. However, you may not be able to perform certain exercises.

Medical clearance is required in the case of medical conditions, such as scoliosis and herniated discs. Depending on the severity of your condition, our trainers would modify the exercises accordingly. However, this could have an impact on your results, since you may not be able to perform some the most effective exercises with the required level of intensity.

Q: How do you monitor my progress?

A: Through body evaluations.

Once you register with us, we keep a record of your progress, through periodic full body evaluations, to ensure that you are on the right path to achieving your goals. We also provide nutritional advice, with the aid of guides to healthy eating.

Q: Am I required to purchase any equipment?

A: No, you only bring your exercise mat.

All necessary equipment will be provided. You are only required to walk with your personal exercise mat and water.

Q: What type of sneakers should I buy?
