Joel Pile

“For me, it’s all about making our clients believe in themselves. Ensuring that everyone gets results keeps me going. PFTT is my passion. I love what I do.”

Joel is the Founder and C.E.O. of Precision Fitness TT.

Joel began Track and Field at the age of 9 and went on to become a national sprinter, proudly holding the title of National Junior Champion in the 400m for a few years. He also represented Trinidad and Tobago at the CARIFTA Games, Central American and Caribbean Games, and Pan American Games. His success in Track and Field earned him a scholarship, which he used to pursue his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Alabama. After successfully completing the programme, Joel returned to Trinidad, where he entered the field of social work. He was a supervisor at Childline, an organisation which provides counselling services and assistance to abused and at-risk children.

A few years later, Joel had a vision to start an outdoor fitness group in Trinidad. Joel is now an International Sports Science Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer, and also obtained certification in First Aid and CPR from the Trinidad and Tobago Red Cross Society.

As the Head Trainer at Precision Fitness TT, Joel continues to proudly lead his #PrecisionArmy.
