STEP 3: MAKE YOUR DOWN PAYMENT

1. BANK DEPOSIT - at any branch of First Citizens Bank
2. ONLINE TRANSFER
3. LINX - at our office
4. PAYWISE - at any NLCB booth where there is a "VIA sign. (An additional $8.00 transaction fee will apply to your payment)

STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR PROOF OF PAYMENT


Please send an e-mail to precisionfitnesstt@gmail.com , attaching either a photo/scanned copy of your bank deposit receipt, or a screenshot of the transaction confirmation page.

Your FULL NAME, WORKOUT LOCATION and TIME should be clearly indicated in your e-mail.



STEP 5: AWAIT CONFIRMATION


Upon receipt of your e-mail, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 2 working days.

Given the limited availability of spots, you are advised to submit the registration form and make payment at the earliest opportunity so that your spot can be secured.


REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Saturday 4th August, 2018


Refund policy:


In the event that a refund is requested, only 50% of the down payment is refundable, provided that the request is made before the end of the registration period. No refunds will be issued after the start of the cycle.

Late-payment fee:
The deadline for final payment is August 30th, 2018, with a grace period of 5 working days. A late-payment fee of TT $100.00 will therefore apply to all payments made after September 7th, 2018.

Precision Fitness TT (PFTT) was established on March 5, 2012, with the objective of providing a personalised outdoor fitness training service in Trinidad and Tobago.

Our programme is suited to anyone who wishes to stay fit or get in shape. It is designed to develop the overall capabilities of your body by improving your muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance, as well as your flexibility, coordination and balance.
